Steven Hebert has more than 30 years' experience in facility management, including leasing, sales, physical security, asset management, and property management for virtually every type and size of business renovation and construction. Among career highlights is his highly regarded leadership of corporate real estate for the southern franchise of one of the largest commercial banks: Capital One Bank, formerly Hibernia. As Senior Vice President, Mr. Hebert guided this important function during periods of rapid expansion, including asset growth from $2 billion to $22 billion, the acquisition of more than 60 financial-services firms and growth in the number of locations from 45 to 325. In addition, he helped guide the organization through the challenges of and recovery from America's greatest natural disaster, Hurricane Katrina, as well as other corporate events, earning national recognition for his accomplishments. Hebert is a director of the Data Center Users Group and a member of IFMA.
Blaine Gahagan demonstrates the drive, commitment and focus that come from a true entrepreneurial spirit-- one that has earned him not only the respect of his peers and customers but also impressive results for his efforts. For example, his leadership role in a regional real estate development company led to the successful redevelopment of a major mall and a resulting 72% increase in the property's value. As Vice President of Capital One Bank's corporate real estate division, Mr. Gahagan managed more than 100 retail banking properties ranging in size from 2,500-square-foot banking offices to a 400,000-square-foot high-rise office building, all while carefully controlling expenses and providing the support required by customer-facing employees. He also led the bank's acclaimed post-Katrina disaster-recovery strategy for the New Orleans market. Mr. Gahagan is a Certified Protection Professional and Certified Fraud Examiner.
Michelle Hudson
Michelle Hudson manages interior and exterior design concepts for commercial and residential properties, the planning of innovative space solutions for a variety of projects, and vendor management to achieve efficiencies in areas such as office equipment and supplies. Ms. Hudson, a native of New Orleans, previously worked for OMNI BANK as Vice President of image and design, responsible for project management, space-planning and branch design. As part of her duties, she managed the bank’s entry into two new southeast Louisiana markets – Baton Rouge and the north shore of Lake Pontchartrain – with the construction of two major bank facilities. She also led purchasing and the acquisition and coordination of office equipment. Prior to that, she served as assistant vice president of marketing and retail sales. During her 20 years at OMNI, she was recognized for her leadership in the New Orleans business community, forming community relations partnerships with the Compaq Classic Golf Tournament, Lake Pontchartrain Basin Foundation and United Cerebral Palsy. She is a former director of Jefferson Beautification.
Heidi Schwegmann, a real estate agent providing sales and leasing services for HGI Realty, previously worked for The Woodmont Company, a Dallas/Ft. Worth-based retail development and brokerage firm. She has experience in leasing large retail developments in southeast Louisiana and retail tenant representation for national clients, including rue21, It’s Fashion Metro, Tuesday Morning and The Children’s Place. Schwegmann also has provided sales and leasing services in the New Orleans area for Property One, a major real estate brokerage firm. A New Orleans native, she is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member.
Todd Reynolds, Sponsoring Broker for HGI Realty LLC and Senior Property Manager with over 20 years of expertise in developing, marketing, operating / managing and obtaining financing for various real estate sectors to include: multi-family residential, office buildings, retail shopping centers/ malls and industrial warehouse facilities throughout the Gulf South Region. In addition to being an active commercial real estate broker, Todd’s brings several years of expertise in medical management and operations to include: assisted living and dementia care, as well as the capability to successfully secure HUD financing. Todd’s strengths lie in his finely tuned attention to detail, value-engineering expertise, and first-rate customer service standards resulting in securing national retail tenants and the successful lease-up of a senior living community. His guidance and ability to take our company to a new level is directly impacting our competitive advantage and successful project results for our clients.
Robert Cagle Jr. is a native of Metairie, LA- is a Licensed Real Estate agent and Realtor with vast knowledge of the residential real-estate market in Greater New Orleans, as well as East and West Bank of Jefferson Parish, St. Charles and St. Tammany markets. Robert has expertise in residential financing and mortgage transactions. He maintains a Mortgage Originators license for the state of LA. Robert also maintains a LA Property and Casualty Insurance License. He can offer practical expertise to the insurance issues that my come with an real estate transaction. He draws from these other areas to round out his real estate knowledge and often avoids pitfalls that other agents cannot. In addition, he also maintains a real estate portfolio that has given him field application of any property management issues that may arise.
Jan Lloyd has been a real estate agent since 1996, and joined HGI Management in January 2011. Prior to becoming a realtor, she was a Metairie business owner for 17 years. Her company, Ultimate Wash Systems, included a Shell Oil retail location, and an equipment division that sold and serviced Belinger Carwash Equipment in a five state area. Licensed in Louisiana and Utah, her expertise lies in working with real estate investors, REO properties and investment properties. In addition, she enjoys working with buyers who are looking for that perfect home! A Louisiana native, she has also spent many years working in the real estate market in the Salt Lake City UT area, relocating back to Mandeville LA in 2011.
David Serio, a real estate agent providing sales and leasing services for HGI Realty.  A graduate of Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and local attorney providing legal services to the New Orleans metropolitan area.  A New Orleans native, he is a member of the Young Leadership Council and American Italian Cultural Center.  His strengths lie in his analytical, reasoning, and interpersonal skills. 

Meredith Provensal is a native of New Orleans, Academy of the Sacred Heart and LSU graduate with a BS in Textiles, Apparel and Merchandising with a minor in Business Administration.  Meredith was a  member of Kappa Kappa Gamma Fraternity while attending LSU. Meredith is also an accomplished sailor.

Meredith is starting a career in Commercial Real Estate with a focus on Tenant Representation at HGI Realty LLC.  Because of her degree from LSU, Meredith is already proficient at site selection for local and national tenants in the Metro area utilizing the tools she has from her education and accessing the tools as a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) and LACDB. Her knowledge of the local market is extensive, she is looking forward to helping tenants find locations where they will be successful and prosper.

Ana Maria Cornejo has more than 20 years experience in the Real Estate industry with a varied background in residential sales, rentals and negotiations. This, combined with her commercial sales, leasing and development experience makes her one of the most versatile agents in the business.

Ana Maria is fluent in Spanish and has developed an extensive network of contacts in the financial, insurance, inspection and maintenance areas of the Real Estate industry. As a result, she can provide the service her clients have come to expect, making the whole process one smooth transaction of their expectations.
